Most India reviews mention UPI. You open cashier, pick UPI, enter an amount, scan the QR from PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM or Paytm, then paste the UTR if the page asks for it. Balance is usually there before the UPI success tone fades. When it is not, the UTR is the thing that finds the payment. A screenshot without the reference is slower to match.

Paytm wallet still shows up in Lucknow and smaller cities where people keep a stored balance. IMPS is the slower cousin. Cards work, with bank 3-D Secure in the middle. We do not add a platform fee. Your bank or wallet might.

Withdrawals

Money goes back on the same rail you used to deposit when that rail allows it. First cashout needs KYC. PAN and a live photo are the usual pair. After that, smaller UPI payouts in the reviews are overnight to two working days. Bank transfers can sit longer. Large amounts get a second look. That extra look is why a ₹8,400 payout in Kolkata took two days and a ₹2,200 payout in Lucknow went through in a night.

If the amount left your bank and not your 4Rabet balance

Open chat. Send UTR, amount, IST time, last four of the UPI app transaction. The India desk matches it against the payment provider. Most of those tickets are credits, not arguments. Keep the UPI SMS until the balance moves.
